Dr. K. M. Abraham, Kaithavana, Kozhencherry who united the Building Owners of Kerala in 1980 and formed this association and managed to obtain a judgement from the Kerala High Court striking down section 5, 6 and 8 of Kerala Buildings (Lease and Rent Control) Act 1965.
A Notice and a memorandum given to the minister requesting amendment of the Rent Control Act is preserved. I am uploading this to commemorate his work.
