greater hardship would be caused to the Building Owner if the decree of eviction is not passed than that would be caused to the Tenant if it is passed.
That hardship of a tenant can be mitigated by granting him longer period to move out of the premises in his occupation so that in the meantime he can make alternative arrangement.
